1. What is the IAC?:
The purpose of the Club is to share and enjoy adventures in a manner which is in keeping with good conservation practices. The Club will operate on a non-profit basis and no property or funds can be used for the private benefit of members
2. Membership:
One fee for one e-mail address. Membership is one year from the date of fee receipt or activation. The fee can be changed by the committee anytime. It is non-transferable and non-refundable. Members must be at least 20years old
3. Manner:
Consideration and polite behavior are essential in order to ensure the enjoyment of all events
4. Safety:
Members are responsible for their own safety
5. Committee:
The Committee is formed with a maximum of 4 members: President, Treasurer, Technical Manager, and Secretary. Members can volunteer to join the Committee anytime. The existing Officer can challenge the candidate(s) or give up the post. When there is a new candidate, the Committee will call for a simple vote at the General Meeting with prior notice. Other possible candidates can come forward. A simple half of attended members should approve the new candidate
6. Governance:
Members must respect the authority of an event organizer and the Committee and follow any additional rules set up. The Committee may refuse membership, or remove it, for any cause which could likely bring the club into disrepute (悪評). Any grievance（苦情) or concern shall be brought to the attention of the Committee and the verdict（評決）of the Committee shall be accepted as final and binding

IACは自然を愛するアウトドア愛好家が集うクラブです。すべてボランティアによって支えられており私的または利益目的でクラブを利用することを禁じています
② 会員制度：一会員費当たりに一メールアドレスとなります。登録期間は支払いから一年有効で運営コミティーが必要に応じて会員費を随時変更します。会員費の返却はしておりません。また登録は20歳よりです
③ マナー：
より楽しくイベントに参加できるように他のメンバーを尊重して行動しましょう
④ 安全：
自分の安全は自分の責任において確保してください
⑤ コミティー：
運営は会長、会計、秘書、テクニカルマネジャー最多4名で行います、メンバーはいつでもコミティーに立候補できます。 現職担当が残りたい場合はまたは他のメンバーが立候補したい場合メンバーの挙手にて選びます。立候補者が出た時点でコミティーがお知らせメールをだしますのでコミティーまで立候補してください。相当日数以上を置いた上でミーティングにて参加メンバー半数以上の同意でコミティーとなります
⑥ 規則：
メンバーはイベント企画者やコミティーを尊重し協力すること。コミティーがクラブに相応しくないと判断した場合は会員登録を断る場合や会員をクラブから排除することもあります
